Idaho with the Coles

In July we made the trek to Northern ID, by way of Seattle. And boy was it worth it. We got several days with cousins, aunts, uncles, grandpa and siblings we don't see nearly enough. Sandpoint ID, is breath taking and quite a cool little town too.

Hilly got MARRIED!

Hilary and Stephen had such a beautiful wedding. Not only was is beautiful it was so much fun! We all had a blast. I love weddings because I am able to see so many people that I haven't seen for so long. All different phases of my family's life all in one night - at one great party. So many memories, I absolutely loved it!

Nice Samuel.

Maine

A last minute trip to Maine and New Hampshire with friends over Labor Day weekend was so fun. We drove up in the Love Sac bus which made the time go by fast and made people think we were rock stars...until we piled out with a bunch of sticky crazy kids:) We ate some great lobster, of course! Hung out on the beach and enjoyed the quiant towns and light houses.

Wedding Dress

If it was eight years ago when I was in the market for a wedding dress, this would have been it. Princess Victoria looks stunning in her custom gown by Swedish designer Par Engsheden. I am thinking it is my duty to convince my sister, Victoria,(it's fate) to have a dress similar. Not that she is getting married any time soon. So Victoria no matter how many years away, this is it!

Fiesta!

I can't even tell you the amount of posts I start, or a least think of starting.

Well here I am hopefully this will get up:0

We had a fiesta last weekend. I am always craving really good Mexican food because it is really hard to come by out here in CT. So we make our own! It was lot's of fun. Only wish I could have had a chance to swing at the pinata.
With good food and good friends you can never go wrong.

We had a blend station for everyone to create their own frozen (virgin of course) drinks. Tacos are my favorite so it had to be. Can't do without homemade chips, salsa and guac these days. We left the Latin theme for dessert and headed down to the fire for a Smores bar. I have been on a smores kick so I had everyone tryout my homemade toasted coconut and vanilla marshmallows with several other combination's of course.

Oh yes, and Matt hung all the lights. Good job Love, they were perfect.

DR

A last minute trip to the Dominican Republic kept us out of the cold the week after Christmas. It was our first time there and it was amazing. One of the best trips ever. We stayed in a place called Casa de Campo. I would definately recommend it and hope I get back again soon!
